General Contractor Services

As a licensed General Contractor, N2 will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of your construction project. We oversee and manage all vendors and trades, and we serve as the communication liaison between the parties working on your home. We ensure that your project meets all standards and codes, that the job is completed safely, and that adheres to the specifications set forth.

Remodeling Services

When your dream design requires a major change to your home’s structure, N2 will:
  • Demolish and remove debris
  • Frame, install dry wall, remove popcorn ceilings, complete wall and trim work, paint, and complete flooring.
  • Oversee electrical and plumbing

Renovation Services

We proudly:

  • Represent you!
  • Consult on all stages of construction
  • Remediate Code Violation issues
  • Manage the project throughout the preconstruction planning to permit stages
  • Complete new construction and renovations projects for both commercial and residential properties
